## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON OCTOBER 30, 2008 AT APPROXIMATELY 6:00 LOCAL TIME, SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTURE FROM WICHITA MID-CONTENANT AIRPORT (ICT), WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH 4500 FT, CESSNA T210L, N711HS, EXPERIENCED ENGINE TROUBLE. RETURN TO ICT WAS REQUESTED AND GRANTED. ON BASE LEG BETWEEN 19R AND 19L, THE ENGINE STOPPED. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT ON 19L AND WAS ABLE TO COAST CLEAR OF THE RUNWAY. NO INJURIES OR DAMAGE REPORTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
