## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 11/19/2008, N120GC, CE-320D, LANDED GEAR UP. PILOT REPORTED THAT HE EXPERIENCED AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE, TRIED TO EXTEND GEAR MANUALLY BUT HAD NO INDICATION THAT THE GEAR WAS DOWN. HE DID NOT DO A "FLY BY" BECAUSE OF VERY ERRATIC RADIO TRANSMISSIONS. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE REMOVED BOTH FUSES FROM THE ALTERNATOR SYSTEM. THE FUSES WERE NOT REPLACED FOR THIS FLIGHT. OUR INVESTIGATION REVEALED THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED PRIOR TO LANDING. THE GEAR DOORS HAD NO DAMAGE AND THE TIRES HAD NO SCUFF MARKS FROM SIDE LOAD. THERE WERE SCRATCHES TO THE UNDERSIDE. BOTH PROPELLERS HAD GROUND BLADES AS A RESULT OF SLIDING ON IMPACT. THE MECHANICS STATED THAT THIS WAS THE SECOND FLIGHT AFTER THE ANNUAL INSPECTION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
