(-23) WOODLAND CALIFORNIA N56MR, WHILE DEPARTING WATTS-WOODLAND AIRPORT IN WOODLAND, CA. ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO LACK OF LIFT, WENT OFF THE RUNWAY END AND STRUCK A FENCE.  AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE.  THE TWO OCCUPANTS WERE NOT INJURED.
