## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON DECEMBER 1, 2008, AT APPROXIMATELY 1130 CST, N4550DM, A PA-46, RETURNED FROM A PLEASURE FLIGHT TO KEVV. THE TOUCHDOWN AND ROLLOUT WERE NORMAL. THE AIRCRAFT SLOWED TO ALMOST A COMPLETE STOP TO MAKE THE TURN ONTO THE TAXIWAY, HIT A SMALL PATCH OF ICE, AND SLID OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF RUNWAY 22 APPROXIMATELY 10 FEET. THE AIRCRAFT NOSE WHEEL AND LEFT MAIN WHEEL WERE OFF OF THE PAVEMENT, AND THE ENGINE CONTINUED TO RUN. THE TOWER INSTRUCTED THE PILOT TO TAXI TO THE RAMP. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED TO THE PILOT OR PASSENGER. AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT, WINDS FROM 280 AT 12 KNOTS, GUSTING TO 18 KNOTS, WERE REPORTED. THE TEMPERATURE WAS 0 DEGREES CELSIUS AND THE DEW POINT WAS -01 DEGREES CELSIUS. THE RUNWAY WAS WET AND, BECAUSE OF THE DROPPING TEMPERATURE, HAD A FEW SMALL AREAS OF ICE WHICH WAS UNKNOWN TO THE AIRPORT PERSONNEL AND THE PILOT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
