## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT WAS TAXIING ON ICY TAXIWAY AND ATTEMPTED TO TURN ON THE TAXIWAY. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TURN, THE LEFT WHEEL LEFT THE TAXIWAY AND THEN CAME BACK ON THE TAXIWAY. PILOT WAS NOT AWARE OF ANY PROBLEMS AND CONTINUED TAXIING AND DEPARTED. ON ARRIVAL AT CEDAR RAPIDS, IA AIRPORT, PILOT INSPECTED THE PROPELLER AND DISCOVERED DAMAGE TO THE LEFT PROPELLER. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED UNTIL MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT, REPLACED THE PROPELLER, AND FLEW THE AIRCRAFT BACK TO ANKENY, IA.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
