## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER BEING DE-ICED AND GETTING MY CLEARANCE I GOT AN IMMEDIATE RELEASE FROM UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS). I CALLED GROUND CONTROL AND BEGAN TO MOVE FORWARD FROM RAMP 4 SPOT 1 WITH THE HELP OF A UPS MARSHALER. THE WIND SCREEN BECAME BLURRY UNDER THE ICE PLATE WITH DE-ICE FLUID AND FORWARD VISIBILITY BECAME PARTIALLY OBSCURED SO I FOLLOWED THE MARSHALER’S DIRECTION OUT OF THE RAMP AND DIDN’T NOTICE IF HE DID OR DIDN’T INDICATE ME TO TURN AS HE SAID HE DID AND I TAXIED ACROSS THE TRAFFIC LANE INTO THE FIRST TAXI LIGHT STRIKING IT WITH MY PROPELLER. AFTER THAT I TOLD GROUND CONTROL THAT I NEEDED TO RETURN TO THE RAMP AND WAS CLEARED TO DO SUCH. AFTER PARKING THE PLANE I NOTICED I NOTICED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO ONE BLADE OF THE PROP.

Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
