## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON DECEMBER 16, 2008, AT APPROXIMATELY 1830 HOURS EST, N77, A BEECH 300, LANDED AT PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, PBI. AFTER TAXIING CLEAR OF THE RUNWAY ATC CLEARANCE WAS RECEIVED AND A TURN WAS INITIATED ONTO THE APPROPRIATE TAXI WAY. THE TURN REQUIRED WAS ALMOST A REVERSAL OF DIRECTION AND PILOT NOT FLYING INFORMED THE PILOT AT CONTROLS TO TURN RIGHT ONTO THE TAXIWAY. BECAUSE HE REPEATED THIS INSTRUCTION, THE PILOT AT THE CONTROLS THOUGHT AN IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN WAS REQUIRED AND TURNED. THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE TAXIWAY AND THE PROPELLER AND RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR IMPACTED A TAXI WAY MARKING LIGHT. THE IMPACT RESULTED IN MINOR DAMAGE WHICH THE CREW NOTED ON POST FLIGHT INSPECTION AT THE FIXED BASE OPERATOR (FBO). PBI AIRPORT AUTHORITY WAS THEN NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
