IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THE PILOT’S SEAT JUST PRIOR TO THE FLIGHT CAUSED THE SEAT TO SLIDE FULL AFT DURING TAKEOFF ROTATION, CAUSING THE PILOT TO LOOSE CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT.
