## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N145SL WAS ON APPROACH TO RUNWAY 34R AT KSLC. THE BREAKING ACTION FROM AIRCRAFT LANDING IN FRONT OF N145SL WAS "GOOD" TO "FAIR." N145SL TOUCHED DOWN ON CENTERLINE WHEN THE PILOT FLYING (CAPTAIN) ASKED FOR "PROPS FORWARD." THE PILOT-NOT-FLYING PUSHED THE PROPS FORWARD AT WHICH TIME THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO DRIFT TOWARDS THE LEFT. THE PILOT TRIED TO BRING THE AIRCRAFT BACK TOWARDS CENTER BUT WAS NOT ABLE. THE CENTER OF THE RUNWAY WAS CLEAR. ACCORDING TO THE PILOTS THE RUNWAY HAD SOME PATCHES OF SNOW AND SLUSH AND TOWARDS THE EDGE OF THE RUNWAY THERE WAS "UNPLOWED SHOULDERS WITH SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOW." ONCE THE AIRCRAFT ENTERED THE SNOW THE AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. FROM THE TIME THE AIRCRAFT SKID 1320 FEET UNTIL THE TIME THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST BETWEEN TAXIWAYS H7 AND H8. THE AIRCRAFT ALSO WAS TURNED APPROXIMATELY 150 DEGREES TOWARDS THE LEFT FROM RUNWAY HEADING. THE DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS MINOR. OUT OF THE 10 BLADES ONE WILL MOST LIKELY NOT BE ABLE TO BE BLENDED OR FILED. THE ONLY OTHER DAMAGE WAS TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE LEFT VENTRICLE. NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS FOUND.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
