(-23) THE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND COMPLETELY AND THE LEFT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED DURING LANDING ROLL OUT.  A LINE TO THE NOSE GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR RUPTURED AND THE FLUID LEAKED OUT.
