As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

TWO AIRCRAFT DEPARTED APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES APART (1100 AND 1120 CST) FROM GREENVILLE AL (PRN), 01/02/2009, WITH A DESTINATION OF JONESBORO AR (JBR) AND A PLANNED FUEL STOP AT CLEVELAND MS (RNV). THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT RECEIVE AT SERVICES, AND REMAINED IN CONTACT WITH EACH OTHER THROUGH TEXT MESSAGES. THE PILOT OF THE FIRST AIRCRAFT MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING, DUE TO WEATHER, BETWEEN LIBERTY MS AND MOSCOW MS. THE PILOT REPORTED THE SECOND AIRCRAFT AS UNKNOWN STATUS, BASED ON THE LAST TEXT MESSAGE WHICH HE RECEIVED FROM N5013C AT 1201 CST. THE WRECKAGE WAS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 12 MILES EAST OF PHILADELPHIA MS, 01/05/2009, IN A WOODED AREA AT APPROXIMATELY 1650 CST. THE PILOT WAS FOUND DECEASED AND THE AIRCRAFT DESTROYED BY POST IMPACT FIRE.
