## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THIS FLIGHT WAS TO BE AN INSTRUCTIONAL FLIGHT. THE STUDENT PERFORMED A NORMAL TAKEOFF. AFTER BECOMING AIRBORNE AT APPROXIMATELY 30 FEET, THE AIRCRAFT TURNED INTO THE WING AND ENTERED A STALL. THE INSTRUCTOR TOOK CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT, ATTEMPTING A RECOVERY. HOWEVER, THE AIRCRAFT IMPACTED THE RUNWAY NOSE FIRST. THE INSTRUCTOR ELECTED TO LAND THE AIRCRAFT AFTER IT BOUNCED THE FIRST TIME, ATTEMPTED TO PLACE THE AIRCRAFT IN A LANDING ATTITUDE, AND REDUCED POWER. THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED SEVERAL MORE TIMES BEFORE IT WAS BROUGHT TO A REST. THE ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS EVACUATED.
