SUMMEY AIRPARK, 8NC2, PILOT DEPARTED RUNWAY 14 AND MADE AN IMMEDIATE HARD LEFT TURN AND FLEW BETWEEN HANGARS AND CROSSED A DIRT AIRPORT ACCESS ROAD AND STRUCK POWERLINES WITH THE LEFT WING OF THE UNCERTIFICATED AIRCRAFT.  AIRCRAFT STALLED AT A HIGH LEFT BANK ALTITUDE AND CAME TO REST APPROXIMATELY 100 YARDS EAST OF AIRPORT RUNWAY.
