I NOTICED SHE DID NOT RETRACT THE FLAPS. SO I POINTED TO FLAP HANDLE AND SAID THE FLAPS NEED TO COME UP. SHE THEN GRABBED THE GEAR HANDLE AND BROUGHT IT UP." THE NOSE AND LEFT MAIN GEAR RETRACTED. AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON LEFT SIDE OF RUNWAY AT THE MIDFIELD TAXIWAY. THE PROPELLOR BLADE TIPS ARE GROUND OFF, BLADES BROKEN LOOSE IN HUB, NOSE GEAR DOORS, BOTH LOWER ENGINE COWL, LOWER LEFT SKIN PANELS FROM FIREWALL AFT TO MAIN LANDING GEAR WHEEL WELL, LEFT WING TIP, LEFT ELEVATOR AND HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TIPS SHOW ABRASION DAMAGE. From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
