## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N139AC WAS TAXING FROM RWY 17 BACK TO THE RAMP AT THE COMPLETION OF A FLIGHT. A STRONG WIND GUST LIFTED THE LEFT WING UP CAUSING THE RIGHT WINGTIP TO CONTACT THE RUNWAY THEN THE TAIL RISE AND THE AIRCRAFT TIPPED OVER ON ITS NOSE. THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING TIP. THE LOWER ENGINE COWLING WAS SCRAPPED AND THE PROPELLER TIPS WERE BENT. THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE TO THE FIREWALL. THE WIND REPORTED AT THE TIME WERE 150/25 GUSTING TO 35 KNOTS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
