## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING OPERATED BY A PART 141 SCHOOL ON A COMMERCIAL MULTI-ENGINE CHECKRIDE. DPE PULLED BOTH THE GEAR WARNING SYSTEM AND GEAR HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT BREAKERS TO SIMULATE AN EMERGENCY GEAR SYSTEM FAILURE. AIRCRAFT LANDED AND BOTH THE NOSE GEAR AND THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR RETRACTED INTO THEIR GEAR WELLS. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON ITS RIGHT WING AND NOSE SECTION OF RUNWAY 1. #32 SDL FSDO IS ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE WITH THE DPE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
