## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON FINAL APPROACH FOR RUNWAY 27 AT KEY WEST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, ATC INFORMED THE PIC OF WAKE TURBULENCE IN THE AREA. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LAND, HE RAN INTO TURBULENCE WHICH CAUSE THE AIRCRAFT TO BOUNCE TWICE OFF OF THE RUNWAY. HE EVENTUALLY DID A GO AROUND AND AFTER LANDING NOTICED THAT THE PROPELLER WAS DAMAGED. THE ENGINE WAS CHECKED FOR DAMAGE AND THE PROPELLER WAS REPLACED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
