## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, WAS CLEARED FOR THE OPTION ON RUNWAY 3L AT SPOKANE FELTS FIELD (SFF). HE WAS FLYING HIS 1930 LAIRD LC-1B-300, N10402. HE STATED HE GOT A GUST OF WIND THAT RAISED THE RIGHT WING. HE DEPARTED THE RUNWAY NEARLY 2000 FEET DOWN THE RUNWAY. THE RIGHT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER CONTRACTED A RUNWAY LIGHT AND POKED A HOLE IN THE FABRIC OF THE STABILIZER. THE AIRCRAFT GROUND LOOPED NEAR MID FIELD CONTACTING THE LEFT WINGTIP AND AILERON.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
