(-23) ON MAY 7, 2009 AT 1835 MST N806RV, WAS TURNING LEFT FORM TAXIWAY D1 ENROUTE TO THE NORTHWEST RAMP AND THE PROP STRUCK A PERIMETER ROAD YIELD SIGN.  N806RV DEVIATED LEFT FROM THE TAXI LINE ENTERING THE RAMP.  MINOR DAMAGE TO THE PROP AND ENGINE.
