## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RWY 9R WITH LANDING GEAR PARTIALLY EXTENDED. LEFT MAIN GEAR HAD BECOME DOWN AND LOCKED, BUT NOSE GEAR AND RIGHT MAIN DID NOT HAVE TIME TO FULLY EXTEND PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN. AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RIGHT WING AND NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS. BOTH PROPELLERS STRUCK RUNWAY. RIGHT PROP STRUCK RUNWAY FIRST DUE TO LACK OF GEAR EXTENSION. PILOT AND ONE PASSENGER EXITED AIRCRAFT WITH NO INJURIES PRESENT. NO POST INCIDENT FIRE. THE PILOT'S WRITTEN STATEMENT INDICATED HE THOUGHT HE HAD THREE GREEN LIGHTS. PILOT 3RD CLASS MEDICAL CERTIFICATE DATED 3-25-2009 HAS A LIMITATION THAT READS "HOLDER SHALL WEAR CORRECTIVE LENSES". PILOT DID NOT HAVE CORRECTIVE LENSES FOR THE DURATION OF THE FLIGHT. PILOT STATED HE COULD NO LONGER WEAR CORRECTIVE LENSES DUE TO HAVING CORRECTIVE EYE IMPLANT SURGERY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
