## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING LANDING ROLLOUT TRANSITIONING FROM RUNWAY 01 AT K67L THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED AN UNCONTROLLED LEFT TURN EXITING THE RUNWAY AND TAXIWAY ENVIRONMENT. THE PILOT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL IN COUNTERING THE TURN WITH USE OF LEFT RUDDER AND THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO VEER LEFT. THE PILOT THEN EXECUTED FULL LEFT RUDDER IN ORDER TO AVOID PROCEEDING INTO A DRAINAGE CULVERT THAT THE AIRCRAFT PATH OF TRAVEL WAS IN LINE WITH. THE RESULTING "FISHTAIL" OF THE AIRCRAFT KEPT THE AIRCRAFT FROM PROCEEDING INTO THE DRAINAGE CULVERT HOWEVER THE EMPENAGE CONTACTED THE CEMENT EDGE OF THE CULVERT AND WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. THE PASSENGERS EXITED THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT ASSISTANCE VIA THEIR RESPECTIVE DOORS WITHOUT INJURY. THREE WITNESSES HELPED PUSH THE AIRCRAFT BACK TO A TIE DOWN AREA WHERE IT SECURED. THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED FREELY ON THE TWO MAIN GEARS HOWEVER THE TAIL WHEEL ATTACHMENT BAR HAD BEEN BENT DURING THE ACCIDENT SEQUENCE AND THEREFORE DID NOT SWIVEL FREELY. INSPECTORS STATEMENT ATTACHED.
