(-23)  AFTER PERFORMING SIX TOUCH AND GO LANDING AT ORH, THE SEVENTH ATTEMPT RESULTED IN A GEAR UP LANDING OF N813ND, A PIPER ARROW, PILOTED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WHILE RECEIVING INSTRUCTION TRAINING FROM CFI MICHAEL KOUMJIAN.  N813ND WAS IN LEFT CLOSED TRAFFIC RUNWAY 29 MAKING A SHORT APPROACH AND ROLLING OUT ON FINAL OVER RUNWAY 29 APPEARED GEAR UP TO ORH ATC.  ATC (TA) ATTEMPTED CONTACT WITH AIRCRAFT WITH NO RESPONSE.  N813ND LANDED GEAR UP ON RUNWAY 29 @ 1433 EDT RESULTED IN MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND NO INJURIES TO PILOT AND INSTRUCTOR PILOT.
