## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ PULLED THE PROPELLER THROUGH BY HAND AFTER A FAILED START ATTEMPT DUE TO FLOODING. AS ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ PULLED THE PROPELLER THROUGH THE ENGINE STARTED AS HE NEGLECTED TO RETURN THE THROTTLE TO THE CLOSED POSITION. THE AIRPLANE STARTED ACROSS THE RAMP GAINING SPEED AS ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ ATTEMPTED TO HOLD ONTO THE WINGLET. THE AIRPLANE PULLED FREE FROM HIS AND AND STRUCK A FIXED OBJECT AND CARTWHEELED INTO A PARKED AIRPLANE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
