(-23)  DURING APPROACH TO RUNWAY 6 AT WISER AIRPARK (EYQ), THE PILOT NEGLECTED TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR.  THE AIRCRAFT LANDED ON ITS BELLY.  VISUAL DAMAGE LIMITED TO THE PROPELLER, NOSE GEAR DOORS AND BELLY OF AIRCRAFT.  NO INJURIES.
