## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JUNE 10, 2009 AT APPROXIMATELY 2:00 PM, AN AVIAT PITTS S-2B, N467PB, OWNED AND OPERATED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ RAN OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF RUNWAY 18 AND FLIPPED OVER IN A NEARBY CREEK AFTER LANDING AT PECAN PLANTATION AIRPORT (OTX1) ON A VFR FLIGHT WITH VNC WEATHER CONDITIONS PREVAILING. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AND THE CREW AND PASSENGERS RECEIVED NO INJURIES. THE VFR FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM FORTWORTH MEACHAM AIRPORT AT 1:32 PM.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
