## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING LANDING PHASE OF FLIGHT: ON ROLLOUT ON RUNWAY 2, ABOUT 1400 FEET PAST THE NUMBERS AT TAXIWAY G, THE GEAR EXTENSION ALARM ACTIVATED AND WITHIN 2-4 SECONDS THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED, WITH THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR TO FOLLOW AND THEN THE LEFT MAIN GEAR. THE PROPELLER STRUCK THE RUNWAY SURFACE. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP AT THE CENTERLINE OF RUNWAY 2 AT APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET PAST TAXIWAY G.
