FUEL RECEIPTS AND WITNESS STATEMENTS INDICATE THERE WAS APPROXIMATELY 150 GALLONS OF FUEL ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT WHEN IT DEPARTED THE OELWEIN AIRPORT (OLZ) 25 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT.
