(-23) PILOT DEPARTED KAMIAH AIRPORT (S73) FOR A LOCAL SOLO PRACTICE FLIGHT IN PREPARTION FOR HIS PRIVATE PILOT CHECK RIDE. PILOT RETURNED TO THE AIRPORT APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR LATER TO PRACTICE TAKEOFFS AND LANDINGS. ON HIS SECOND LANDING, PILOT INDICATED HIS APPROACH SPEED WAS AT 70KTS. AS HE REDUCED POWER AND BEGAN HIS FLARE THE LEFT WING SUDDENLY DROPPED. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CORRECT WITH RIGHT AILERON AND RUDDER, THE LEFT MAIN GEAR HIT THE RUNWAY SKIPPED AND BOUNCED PULLING THE AIRCRAFT LEFT. AS THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN A SECOND TIME THE PILOT WAS NEAR THE LEFT EDGE OF THE RUNWAY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS STILL VEERING LEFT. PILOT INDICATED HE WAS STILL ATTEMPTING TO CORRECT TO THE RIGHT WITH RUDDER BUT HAD NO CONTROL RESPONSE. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY LEFT TOWARD AN AIRCRAFT AND SHACK. PILOT DECIDED HE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO ATTEMPT A GO AROUND. THE LEFT WING STRUCK THE NOSE OF THE PARKED AIRCRAFT VEERING IT EVEN MORE LEFT. THE LEFT WING AND NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE CORNER OF THE SHACK SPINNING THE AIRCRAFT LEFT AND COMING TO REST. THE PILOT TURNED OFF THE IGNITION AND MASTER SWITCH AND EXITED THE AIRCRAFT. THERE WAS NO POST CRASH FIRE. PILOT REPORTED A MINOR SCRAPE TO HIS KNUCKLE IN WHICH HE RECEIVED TWO STITCHES.
