As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT DEPARTED RUNWAY 21 FROM THE SUSSEX NEW JERSEY AIRPORT (KFWN). THE PILOT WAS CLIMBING OUT AT A LOW AIRSPEED DUE TO AIRCRAFT WEIGHT, DENSITY ALTITUDE AND TEMPERATURE. THE PILOT INITIATED A TURN TO THE LEFT TO RETURN TO THE AIRPORT. THE PILOT STALLED THE AIRCRAFT AND LOST CONTROL IMPACTING THE GROUND.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB ERA09LA459](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/ERA09LA459), Aug 12, 2009: Cessna 150 (N6676S), Sussex, NJ, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot’s improper pre-flight planning and take off over gross weight limits.

## Other reports on N6676S (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Accident 19810123001309A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19810123001309A), Jan 23, 1981: Cessna 150H (N6676S), Ellenville, NY, Substantial damage. Instructor lost control of aircraft during landing and crashed into snow-bank.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
