## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATES THAT ON TAKEOFF ROLL, THE AIRCRAFT HIT A BUMP OR A DEPRESSION CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO BECOME AIRBORNE. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO REMAIN IN-GROUND EFFECT, THE RIGHT WING MADE CONTACT WITH THE GROUND CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE, AND CAUSED A YAW TO THE RIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT'S LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR STRUCK THE GROUND AND COLLAPSED. THE RESULTING DAMAGE WAS SUBSTANTIAL TO THE LEFT WING, THE LEFT ELEVATOR, THE PROPELLER AND THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
