## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED HARBOR SPRINGS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (MGN), HARBOR SPRINGS, MI. CLIMBING THROUGH 3000 FEET THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE AIRCRAFT LOST ALL ELECTRICAL POWER. THE PILOT MADE NUMEROUS, UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR USING THE EMERGENCY CHECKLIST GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURE. THE PILOT THEN ELECTED TO LAND AT PELLSTON REGIONAL AIRPORT (PLN), PELLSTON, MI. THE PILOT LANDED THE AIRCRAFT GEAR UP ON THE GRASS AT PELLSTON REGIONAL AIRPORT, PARALLEL TO AND ON THE NORTH SIDE (RIGHT) OF RUNWAY 23 AT APPROXIMATELY THE 4000 FOOT MARK. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT OR TWO PASSENGERS ON BOARD. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
