## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE ACCIDENT AIRCRAFT AND PILOT HAD JUST COMPLETED AN INSTRUCTION FLIGHT AND DEBRIEF. THE INSTRUCTOR PILOT WAS INITIATING A FLIGHT TO RETURN TO SOUTH COUNTY AIRPORT (E16) AND UPON INITIAL START UP OF THE ENGINE, THE ENGINE WENT FULL THROTTLE. THE AIRCRAFT VEERED RIGHT 90 DEGREES TO ITS ORIGINAL PARKED POSTITION AND COLLIDED WITH TWO OTHER PARKED AIRCRAFT COMING TO REST IN A NEAR VERTICAL NOSE HIGH POSITION RESTING ON THE TAIL OF N1806G WITH N800NA BEING DRAGGED BEHIND WITH THE CONTROL CABLES OF THE ACCIDENT AIRCRAFT WRAPPED AROUND N800NA PROPELLER AND SPINNER. THE ENGINE STOPPED WHEN THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON THE PROPELLER AS IT STRUCK THE GROUND WHEN THE ACCIDENT AIRCRAFT RODE UP THE TAIL OF N1866G (THE ACCIDENT AIRCRAFT IS A PUSHER WITH THE ENGINE AND PROP IN THE REAR).

## NTSB investigation

None matched to this report by aircraft and date. Search the NTSB's own records: https://data.ntsb.gov/carol-main-public/basic-search

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
