## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 27 AUGUST 2009 AT APPROXIMATELY 18:30, A DASSAULT-BREGUET FALCON 900, N1S WAS EN ROUTE FROM PHILADELPHIA (PHL) PA TO EAGLE (EGE) CO. THE PILOT STATED THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR GREEN LIGHT DID NOT COME ON. THE CREW PERFORMED A MISSED APPROACH IN VISUAL CONDITIONS AND CIRCLED THE FIELD TO INVESTIGATE THE PROBLEM. AFTER COMPLETING THE ABNORMAL LANDING GEAR CHECKLISTS WITH NO GREEN INDICATION WE WERE CLEARED ON AN IFR FLIGHT PLAN TO KDEN. WHILE EN ROUTE WE CONFERRED WITH FALCONJET TECHNICIANS BY PHONE AND DETERMINED THE MOST LIKELY FAULT WAS AN ELECTRICAL INDICATION MALFUNCTION. A LOW PASS OVER RUNWAY 34 L AT KDEN ALLOWED THE TOWER TO CONFIRM THE POSITION OF THE GEAR (APPEARED TO BE IN THE DOWN POSITION). WE THEN PERFORMED A TOUCH AND GO RWY 34 L, FOLLOWED BY A FULL STOP UNEVENTFUL LANDING. RUNWAY CONDITIONS WERE DRY. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED. NO INJURIES TO PASSENGERS OR CREW.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
