## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING TAKE OFF ROTATION ON RUNWAY 15, THE PILOT NOTICED THAT THE AIRCRAFT SEAT MOVED FORWARD RESTRICTING THE FLIGHT CONTROL STICK FROM BEING MOVED REARWARD TO ROTATE THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MAJOR DAMAGE; THERE WERE NO INJURIES.
