## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT WAS LANDING ON RUNWAY 20 AT VCB. AFTER TOUCHDOWN I OBSERVED THE RIGHT MAIN TIRE BEGIN TO FLOP AROUND AND COME OFF OF THE WHEEL. THE AIRCRAFT SLOWLY BEGAN TO MOVE TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY UNTIL THE AIRCAFT WAS IN THE DIRT, OFF OF THE RUNWAY. AFTER APPROXIMATELY 100 YARDS THE AIRCRAFT TAIL WHEEL ROSE UP 5-10 FEET OFF OF THE GROUND AND SWUNG AROUND IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION 90 DEGREES. THE WING TIPS AND PROPELLERS DID NOT CONTACT THE GROUND. THE SOLE PILOT AND SIX PAX WERE NOT INJURED. THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE EXCEPT FOR THE RIGHT MAIN TIRE. THE AIRCRAFT ENDED UP 50 FEET, AND 90 DEGREES FROM THE RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
