THE GLIDER PILOT SAID THAT HE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH ALTITUDE TO MAKE IT BACK TO THE AIRPORT, HIS NEXT BEST OPTION WAS TO LAND IN AN ADJACENT BEAN FIELD. THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY DAMAGE AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES.

Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
