## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT WAS TAXIING FROM HIS HANGAR TO THE AIRPORT RAMP AREA. JUST PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT THE PILOT WAS AT A FRIENDS HOUSE AND WAS DISTRAUGHT OVER THE DEATH OF HIS FRIENDS LITTLE GIRL. HIS MENTAL STATE AND PREOCCUPATION OF THIS EVENT, PRESUMABLY, CAUSED HIM TO MISS A SHARP LEFT TURN, OF THE TAXIWAY, AND HE COLLIDED WITH A CHAIN LINK FENCE. SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE WAS SUSTAINED TO BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT WINGS OF THE AIRCRAFT.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
