## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2009, AT APPROXIMATELY 1245 LOCAL TIME, PILOT IN COMMAND MR. SANDEEP SHARMA, ON BOARD CESSNA, CE-182N, N92203, WAS APPROACHING ARLINGTON AIRPORT (GKY), TEXAS. FORM 8020-26, ISSUED FROM THE FORT WORTH ARTC CENTER, AND SIGNED BY FACILITY MANAGER, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, INDICATED THAT MR. SHARMA APPEARED CONFUSED AND HAD DIFFICULTY UNDERSTANDING THE SASIE2 ARRIVAL INFORMATION. MR. SHARMA WAS THEN INSTRUCTED TO FLY DIRECT TO MCALESTER (MLC) THEN DIRECT TO BONHAM (BYP), AND TO EXPECT RADAR VECTORS TO ARLINGTON AIRPORT (GKY).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
