## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

- [NTSB CEN10LA004](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN10LA004), Oct 5, 2009: Temco D-16A (N124N), Eden Prairie, MN, substantial damage. Probable cause: A total loss of left engine power due to fuel starvation as a result of the failure of the engine's electric fuel pump end cap gasket, which allowed air to be drawn into the fuel system.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
