## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DEPART VGT, PILOT WAS IN TAKEOFF ROLL AND ENCOUNTERED POSSIBLE WAKE TURBULENCE FROM A PRIOR LANDING LARGER AIRCRAFT. PILOT TEMPORARILY LOST YAW CONTROL AND AIRCRAFT EXITED RUNWAY KNOCKING OVER A SIGN ON AN ADJACENT TAXIWAY. AIRCRAFT WAS NOT DAMAGED AND PILOT DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY INJURIES. SUBSEQUENT CONVERSATION WITH PILOTS INTSTRUCTOR INDICATED THAT PILOT MAY HAVE HAD DIFFICULTY CONTROLLING NORMAL TURNING TENDANCY OF AIRCRAFT. FLIGHT IN QUESTION WAS PILOTS FIRST SOLO FLIGHT.

Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
