ON TAKEOFF ROLL, AT APPROXIMATELY 80 KNOTS, THE PILOTS NOTED AN AIRFRAME VIBRATION AND ABORTED THE TAKEOFF.  WHEN THE AIRCRAFT WAS STOPPED ON THE RUNWAY, BOTH MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRES HAD FAILED AND THE WHEEL ASSEMBLIES WERE WORN TO THE AXLE.
