## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

STUDENT PILOT, ON SOLO CROSS COUNTRY, LANDED AT E25 FOR A FULL STOP LANDING. WHILE TAXIING TO PARKING RAMP, STUDENT TAXIED BETWEEN THE TERMINAL BUILDING AND THE SELF-FUELING PUMPS. STUDENT PILOT ATTEMPTED TO STAY CLEAR OF FUEL PUMPS BY FOLLOWING THE WHITE PAINTED LINE AROUND THE PUMPS AND TAXIED SO WIDE AROUND PUMPS THAT THE LEFT WING TIP CONTACTED THE FENCE IN FRONT OF THE TERMINAL BUILDING. THIS CONTACT CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO TURN TO THE LEFT VERY ABRUPTLY AND THE PROP CONTACTED THE FENCE AS WELL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
