## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER TAKEOFF, AND WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT, THE PILOT NOTICED THAT THE "HEADER" TANK FAILED TO FILL, RESULTING IN FULL STARVATION OF THE ENIGNE AND LOSS OF POWER.
