## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 11/06/2009 AT 1039 CST, PILOT-UNDER-INSTRUCTION ATTEMPTED TO TAKEOFF FROM KCXO AIRPORT ON RUNWAY 14. BOTH PILOTS AND TOWER PERSONNEL STATE THAT THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO VEER TO THE RIGHT AFTER TAKEOFF ROLL AND THEN VEERED LEFT OFF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT TRAVELED A BRIEF DISTANCE ON THE DIRT SHOULDER OF THE RUNWAY AND THEN THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT AND NOSE AREA. BOTH PROPELLARS HAD MINOR DAMAGE AS WELL AFTER STRIKING THE GROUND.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
