## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED FROM DENFIELD, ONTARIO, CANADA WHERE FLOATS WERE INSTALLED AND WAS ENROUTE TO SPRINGFIELD, OH. THE AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT OCCURED APPROXIMATELY 200 YARDS EAST OF THE APPROACH END OF RUNWAY 15 AT MT.VICTORY, OHIO. THE LANDING GEAR WAS NOT EXTENDED. IT APPEARS THAT THE AIRCRAFT STALLED AND STRUCK THE GROUND AT A STEEP NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE. THE AIRCRAFT CONTIUNED TO ROLL FORWARD AFTER IMPACT COMING TO REST UPSIDE DOWN.
