## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

COMMERCIAL SIGHT SEEING FLIGHT. ERRATIC WIND CHANGES THROUGHOUT THE FLIGHT. THEY WERE NOT FORCASTED WHEN PILOT RECEIVED WEATHER BRIEFING. ATTEMPTED THREE APPROACHES AND MISSED THEM DUE TO WIND SHIFTS BEING TOO ERRATIC. FINALLY LINED UP WITH A FIELD WHICH WAS ONY OPERATION LEFT AT THIS POINT SINCE THE TERRAIN WAS BECOMING UNSUITABLE. BRIEFED PASSENGERS AND MADE A DELIBERATE APPROACH WITH A FIRM LANDING. BOUNCED ONCE AND CAME TO REST WITH THE CANOPY RESTING AGAINST AT TREE. AT TOTAL OF 11 PASSENGERS WERE ON BOARD.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
