ON NOVEMBER 17, 2009 AT APPROXIMATELY 1218 EDT, A PIPER PA-23-250, N6665M, SERIAL NUMBER 27-4296 REGISTERED TO CARIB AIR LLC, PILOTED BY PHILLIP EVERTON GREAVES, DURING LANDING AT VENICE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (VNC) LANDED WITH THE GEAR IN THE DOWN POSITION BUT NOT LOCKED . THE AIRCRAFT SUFFERED MINOR DAMAGE, PILOT AND PASSENGER GLENN LEROY HAPPEE WAS NOT INJURED.  . VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
