## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE WAS CONDUCTING THE GPS 19 INSTRUMENT APPROACH. DURING THE APPROACH, HE WAS "IN AND OUT OF CLOUDS". UPON BREAKING OUT OF THE CLOUDS, HE ESTABLISHED THE RUNWAY ENVIRONMENT FOR RUNWAY 19 AND NOTED THAT IS WAS CLOSED (KNEW ABOUT IT PREVIOUSLY) AND OBSERVED THE LANDING AREA FOR RUNWAY 28 ENCASED WITH FOG. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE DECIED TO INITIATE AN INTERSECTION LANDING ON 28. THE AIRPLANE WAS "TOO HIGH AND FAST" AND THE PILOT INITIATED A GO-AROUND. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE "FORGOT" TO POWER UP AND HEARD A HORN (LATER HE REALIZED IT WAS THE STALL HORN). THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE DURING THE GO-AROUND AND THE AIRPLANE LANDED IN A SNOW COVERED FILED. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THERE WERE NO PREEXISTING MECHANICAL ANOMALIES WITH THE ENGINE OF AIRFRAME.
