## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS TAXIING ON THE NON-MOVEMENT AREA OF THE RAMP AT A SLOW TAXI SPEED WITH THE PROPELLERS IN THE FEATHERED POSITION. THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO SLIDE ON THE ICY RAMP AS THE AIRCRAFT TAXIIED TOWARD A HANGAR. THE PILOT APPLIED CORRECTIVE ACTIONS VIA AIRCRAFT CONTROLS AND BRAKING. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO SLIDE DUE TO GUSTY WINDS AND A LACK OF BRAKING ACTION. THE RIGHT WINGTIP CONTACTED A FUEL BARREL CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE WINGTIP AND AILERON.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
