## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT LANDED ON RUNWAY 7R AT KPHX AND DURING THE ROLL OUT OF THE LANDING THE NOSE GEAR RETRACTED RESULTING IN BOTH PROPELLERS STRIKING THE GROUND. AFTER THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT CONTACTED THE GROUND, THE AIRCRAFT TRAVELED ON ITS NOSE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 500 FEET APPROXIMATELY. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON THE LEFT SIDE OF RUNWAY 7R IN A NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE WITH THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR PARTIALLY RETRACTED AS WELL. THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR REMAINED FULLY EXTENDED BUT ACCORDING TO MAINTENANCE CREWS THAT SECURED THE AIRCRAFT BEFORE INSPECTORS ARRIVED THE RIGHT GEAR DOWN LOCK WAS NOT ENGAGED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
